Personal side quests / things I do for fun
MOTHER'S SPRING / TIFF NEXT WAVE 2026 / PRODUCER
As producer on Mother's Spring, I helped bring the project from concept to screen, leading a crew of 20 and coordinating the collaborative effort behind the production. The film went on to screen at TIFF Next Wave, a youth-focused film festival presented by the Toronto International Film Festival that champions emerging filmmakers, bold storytelling, and fresh perspectives in cinema. The experience strengthened my ability to lead creative teams, manage production logistics, and turn a shared vision into a finished film.

CONTACT PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL 2025 / INTERLUDE / PHOTO EXHIBITION
I had the opportunity to present my first solo photography exhibition at CONTACT Photography Festival, one of Canada’s leading photography festivals and one of the largest photography festivals in the world.'Interlude' showcased a personal body of work captured in Japan, where I explored the atmosphere, details, and everyday moments that shaped my perspective of the country. Experimenting with darkroom printing allowed me to take a more tactile, hands-on approach to the work, bringing the images from the camera into a physical form. This milestone marked an exciting step in my creative practice, allowing me to share a personal project with a wider audience and explore photography beyond the digital space.

TOKYO STREET PHOTOGRAPHY FESTIVAL / SETAGAYA ART MUSEUM / PHOTO EXHIBITION
My first international exhibition took place in Tokyo at the Setagaya Art Museum, where I was invited to showcase my work by FRAME TOKYO, a creative collective bringing artists together through photography and visual culture. Presenting my work internationally was a meaningful milestone in my creative journey, offering the opportunity to share my perspective with a new audience and connect with a wider creative community. It marked an exciting step in developing my practice beyond Canada and exploring how personal work can resonate across cultures.
